About me

I am a 26 year old first time mama, living on the Gold Coast with my wonderful fiance and our gorgeous daughter. Before becoming a mummy I was doing a PhD at QUT in Brisbane, in the Creative Industries. I decided to suspend my PhD to look after Kira, because babies are only little once! And I'm glad I did as she's growing way too quickly. :D I have until the end of the year, then I have to make the decision about what to do, I really do want to finish my PhD, but only if it doesn't interfere too much with our family's wellbeing.

I'm a vegetarian, have been for about 3 years now. I also try to use more natural products around the home, and we recently started buying organic food from a market down in Miami. It's funny, it seems the older I get, the more hippy I become!

Apart from having a baby, one of the highlights of my life was going over to America and seeing wolves in the flesh - and getting licked by them! I adore wolves, and it was something of a dream for me to go and do that.

What else? Well, there is more to me than all that, but I'll have to come back and add more another time...
