1.1.2 The Music
The music in A Clockwork Orange consisted of an original score and
pre-existing music. The original score was composed by Walter (now Wendy) Carlos, and was

Gioacchino Rossini (1792-1868), Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov (1844-1908) and Edward Elgar
(1857-1934) and a theme from Henry Purcell (1659-1695).
